Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO, DISPOSITIVO, BEM COMO, PARTE DE UNIãO AUXILIAR PARA A UNIãO MECâNICA". A invenção se refere a um processo para a união mecânica de pares de união em forma de placas dispostos um sobre o outro, em particular, de chapas (4, 5) por meio de rebitagem de punção com rebite semitubular (16), com o emprego de ferramentas (7, 8) previstas acima e abaixo dos pares de união (4, 5), sendo que o rebite semitubular (16) penetra em linha reta nos pares de união (4, 5), caracterizado pelo fato de que, durante o movimento de avanço axial do rebite semitubular, a ferramenta superior (7) ou/e uma parte (8) da ferramenta inferior é admitida/ são admitidas com movimento adicional oscilante na direção radial e/ou tangencial. São descritos um dispositivo e uma parte de união auxiliar (6) para a execução do processo.
