Abstract
"PROCESSO DE DESCARBURAçãO E DESFOSFORAçãO DE UM METAL FUNDIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de descarburação/desfosforação de um metal fundido para a produção de aços ULC e/ou SULC, onde a desfosforação é realizada soprando fundentes contendo cal no banho de aço, durante a reação de descarburação no dispositivo de desgaseificação. A presente invenção também se refere a uma lança multifuncional, que pode ser usada para suprir oxigênio para a descarburação, bem como o pó contendo o fluxo de fundentes baseados em cal para a desfosforação. oxigênio gasoso ou óxidos sólidos adicionais podem ser supridos para manter o processo de desfosforação.
