Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DEIDROGENASE DE 1,3-PROPANODIOL MUTANTE". A presente invenção refere-se a deidrogenase de 1,3-propanodiol mutante e a um novo microorganismo que é capaz de se desenvolver em concentrações de pelo menos 105 g/l de 1,3-propanodiol, níveis normalmente tóxicos aos microorganismos do tipo silvestre. A presente invenção também proporciona vetores de expressão e células hospedeiras compreendendo a deidrogenase de 1,3-propanodiol mutante, bem como a métodos para a produção de 1,3-propanodiol compreendendo o uso da deidrogenase de 1,3-propanodiol mutante.
