Abstract

Patente de Invenção para "PRODUçãO DE POLIOLEFINA". Uso de um componente catalítico metaloceno para a preparação de uma poliolefina que compreende uma poliolefina isotáctica ou uma poliolefina em bloco isotática/sindiotática possuindo um comprimento de monómero maior que C10, cujo componente possui a fórmula geral: R"(C~ p~R~ 1~R~ 2~R~ 3~)(C~ P~'R~ 1~'R~ 2~')MQ~ 2~ onde C~ p~ é um anel ciclopentadienil substituido cm pelo menos um substituinte; C~ p~' é um anel fluorenil substituido; R" é uma ponte estrutural conferindo estereorigidez ao componente; R~ 1~ é opcionalmente um substituinte no anel ciclopentadienil que é distal à ponte, cujo substituinte distal compreende um grupo grande da fórmula XR<sym>~ 3~ no qual X é escolhido a partir do Grupo IVA, e cada R<sym> é o mesmo ou diferente e escolhido de hidrogênio ou hidrocarbil de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, R~ 2~ é opcionalmente um substituinte no anel ciclopentadienil que está próximo à ponte e posicionado não vizinho ao substituinte distal e é da fórmula YR<sym>~ 3~, na qual Y é escolhido a partir do grupo IVA, e cada R<sym> é o mesmo ou diferente e escolhido de hidrogênio ou hidrocarbil de 1 a 7 átomos de carbono, R3 é opcionalmente um substituinte no anel ciclopentadienil que está próximo à ponte e é um átomo de hidrogênio ou é da fórmula ZR$~ 3~, na qual Z é escolhido a partir do grupo IVA, e cada R$ é o mesmo ou diferente e escolhido de hidrogênio ou hidrocarbil de 1 a 7 átomos de carbono, R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ são cada independentemente grupos substituintes no anel fluorenil, um dos quais é um grupo da, fórmula AR"'~ 3~, no qual A é escolhido a partir do grupo IVA, e cada R"' é independentemente hidrogênio ou um hidrocarbil possuindo 1 a 20 átomos de carbono e o outro é hidrogênio ou um segundo grupo da fórmula AR"'~ 3~, M é um metal de transição do Grupo IVB ou vanádio; e cada Q é hidrocarbil possuindo 1 a 20 átomos de carbono ou é um halogênio.
