Patente de Invenção:<B>''PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM INVóLUCRO PARA MALAS MOLDADO POR INJEçãO E MALA FABRICADA A PARTIR DO MESMO''<D>. Malas de painéis de tecido costurado são antigas. Elas são complicadas de serem fabricadas, exigindo muitos processos manuais. Uma mala mais avançada usa uma espuma de retenção de forma e laminado de tecido para formar as porções principais da mala. esta técnica anterior ainda exige etapas manuais para aplicar as partes da armação estabilizadora de forma no lado de dentro do invólucro de espuma formado, e a costura para conectar o fechamento tipo prendedor deslizante em torno do perímetro do invólucro. é descrito um processo para formar uma mala do tipo caçamba articulada (1) com uma armação periférica moldada por injeção (5, 5') e um painel de tecido destinado à uma face ampla (3). As bordas do painel de tecido são conectadas à armação moldada por injeção por uma ligação autógena formada entre a borda do painel e a armação plástica durante a moldagem.
