Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA"<D>. Válvula de injeção de combustível para motores de combustão interna com um corpo de válvula que vai adelgaçando-se em direção à câmara de combustão sob formação de um segmento anelar (12) e que se converte em uma haste de corpo de válvula (9) que se projeta para dentro da câmara de combustão. A válvula de injeção de combustível é disposta em um furo de assento (6, 7), sendo que o diâmetro do furo de assento (6, 7) vai diminuindo em direção à câmara de combustão sob a formação de uma superfície de esbarro (8). Em estado montado o segmento anelar (12) é pressionado contra a superfície de esbarro (8) sob intercalação de um disco de vedação (15), sendo que o disco de vedação (15) possui no lado virado para o corpo de fixação de válvula (5) uma nervura anelar (16) perimetral, interrompido em pelo menos um ponto, que cerca o segmento anelar (12), e que entra em um corte por baixo formado na superfície externa de camisa do segmento anelar (12), sendo deste modo unido com o corpo da válvula de modo imperdível.
