Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE TRIIDROGENOPIROFOSFATO MONOSSóDICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de NaH~ 3~P~ 2~O~ 7~ que é caracterizado pelo fato de que o polifosfato de sódio do tipo vidro com uma razão Nu/P é temperado como um pó fino em temperaturas de 100-200° C em ar úmido com uma pressão de vapor de 10-200 mbar em um solvente polar onde o fosfato é insolúvel na presença de uma quantidade suficiente para a hidrólise, até que a massa seja convertida em NaH~ 3~P~ 2~ O~ 7~. O tempo da têmpera é de aproximadamente 5-100 horas. Este fosfato especial é aplicado principalmente na indústria de alimento, têxtil e de papel.
