Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR SAIS DE METAL ALCALINO DE áCIDO-ASCóRBICO" Um processo para preparar sais de metal alcalino do ácido L-ascórbico que compreende as seguintes etapas: a) esterificar o ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico ou o ácido diacetona-2-ceto-L-gulónico com um álcool C~ 1~-C~ 10~ na presença de um catalisador ácido, b) rearranjar o éster de alquila C~ 1~-C~ 10~ do ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico na presença de um alcóxido C~ 1~-C~ 10~ de metal alcalino, que compreende realizar cada uma das etapas de processo a) e b) continuamente.
