Abstract

Patente de Invenção para <B>"MANUFATURA DE TUBOS CENTRIFUGADOS"<D> O objeto da invenção é um método de fabricação de tubos centrifugados, de material sintético reforçado com fibras de vidro, na qual resina curável, líquida, que contêm uma carga, junto com fibras de vidro, aditivos para o processo de cura, possivelmente também com areia, é introduzida em um molde giratório estando a temperatura do molde entre 40°C e 75°C quando as matérias-prima são introduzidas. A resina usada na camada na região exterior do tubo possui um tempo gel que é igual a ou maior que o tempo gel da resina usada para a região interna do tubo e a resina compreendendo um teor de carga de pelo menos 40% é usada. Adicionalmente, uma vez que a reação exotérmica tenha iniciado, água quente é aspergida no molde de maneira a manter a temperatura do molde em pelo menos 60°C até o tubo ser removido.
