Abstract
"FORNECIMENTO ULTRA-SÈNICO DE CATALISADOR PARA POLIMERIZAçAO DE OLEFINA EM LEITO FLUIDO" Uma composição de catalisador líquido é fornecida a um reator de polimerização de olefina de leito fluidificado, através de um bocal ultra-sónico, o que permite controle aperfeiçoado sobre o tamanho médio da gotícula de composição do catalisador e a distribuição de tamanho, o que fornece melhor controle sobre o tamanho da partícula de resina. A aspersão pode ser circundada por uma blindagem de gás que cria uma zona de partículas escassas, assim reduzindo a probabilidade de contato, pela composição catalítica, com partículas de produto existentes, já suspensas no leito fluido.
