Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"óXIDO MISTO DE SILìCIO-ALUMìNIO"<D>. Um óxido misto de silício-alumínio produzido por hidrólise por chama e tendo uma composição de 1 a 99,999% em peso de Al~ 2~ O~ 3~ , o restante sendo SiO~ 2~ , em que o pó apresenta uma estrutura amorfa na difração de raios X e consiste em partículas intercrescidas, e nessas partículas primárias estão presentes cristalitos, e esses cristalitos têm tamanhos entre um e 200 nanómetros e a superfície específica do pó é entre 5 e 300 m^ 2^ /g, é produzido por um processo, no qual halogeneto de silício e halogeneto de alumínio são vaporizados em uma razão particular entre eles e são misturados homogeneamente com ar, oxigênio e hidrogênio em uma unidade de mistura por meio do meu (sic) gás carreador, essa mistura sofre combustão em um queimador de construção conhecida e, após a separação dos sólidos da fase vapor, quaisquer traços de halogeneto possivelmente aderentes ao produto são separados em uma etapa de processamento posterior por meio de ar úmido a uma temperatura elevada. O uso do óxido misto de silício-alumínio produzido por hidrólise por chama de acordo com a reivindicação 1 para a produção de dispersões, que são usadas para polimento, em particular, na indústria eletrónica (CMP).
