Abstract

<B>"GANCHO GIRATóRIO DE RESINA SINTéTICA" Gancho giratório de resina sintética (1) tendo um corpo do gancho (11b) e uma peça de parada (11c), em que a peça de parada (11c) inclui uma parte da extremidade da base (11c-1) protraída da parte da base; uma parte curvada (11c-2) formada ser integrada com a parte da extremidade da base (11c-1) e formada substancialmente em forma de C ou forma de U protraindo em direção a uma face interior do corpo do gancho (11b) e estando aberta para fora entre a parte da extremidade da base (11c-1) e o corpo do gancho (11b); e uma parte de lingueta (11c-3) estendendo-se desde a parte curvada (11c-2) até uma face de ajustamento interno (11b ' ') numa extremidade do corpo do gancho (11b). A parte da extremidade da base (11c-1) atua como uma parede protetora quando a parte curvada (11c-2) é elasticamente deformada. Utilizando a estrutura acima descrita da parte curvada (11c-2) e correspondente contração durante a moldagem, desde o início, a parte de lingueta (11c-3) é disposta dentro de uma extremidade frontal dentro de uma face de ajustamento interno (11b") do corpo do gancho (11b), por moldagem.
