Abstract

Методът намира приложение в хранителната промишленост. С него се оптимизира добивът на олио с оглед разхода на енергия. По метода предварително се почиства и обработва изходният материал -семена от бобови растения, който след това се изсушава чрез нагряване и се екстрахира и/или пресува. Обработката на семената включва разстилането им на блюда с последващо навлажняване, експандиране, изсушаване и пресуване до съдържание на остатъчно масло от 15 до 25% при температура 1000с. 2 претенции
