Abstract

Преждата е предназначена за текстилната промишленост. Тя е ефектна, с различна конфигурация по цялата си дължина и по сечението й, като свободните нишки се захващат много здраво в изплетената основа. Преждата се състои от линейно изплетена тръбообразна основа (м), в бримките на която са захванати свободните влакна, една част от които стърчи навън, а друга част навътре в кухината на основата (м). Методът включва захващане на свободните влакна от отделни свързващи нишки, които се изплитат. Влакната се получават от предпрежда, която се разфибрира във вид на филц с помощта на дарачни съоръжения (206). Устройството се състои най-малко от едно средство (210) за подаване на предпрежда, свързано най-малко с едно въртящо се дарачно съоръжение (206). Към последното е оформена кухина (214) за транспорт на вече образуваните свободни влакна, около която е оформена свързваща камера, като в работната й зона са разположени иглите (262) на кръгла плетачна машина (250) за изплитане на тръбната основа на нишката. 12 претенции, 10 фигури
