Abstract

Метод за получаване на алфа-6-деокси-5-хиддрокситетрациклин чрез редукция на 6-метилен-5хидрокситетрациклин или негова солнокисела сол, характеризиращ се с това, че 6-метилен-5-хидрокситетрациклин или негова солнокисела сол взаимодействува с дикобалтов октакарбонил, трифенилфосфин и минерална киселина съответно в моларно съотношение 1,0:1-5,0:0,1-0,2:1,5-3,5, в присъствие на катализатор и разтворител в инертна атмосфера и при температура от 80 до 115'с. Патентните претенции са формулирани в 7 точки.
