Abstract

Методът намира приложение в енергетиката, по-специално при електроцентрали, работещи с кафяви въглища. Чрез него по механично-термичен път се отделя влагата от въглищата, като се намаляват термодинамичните загуби при изпаряването на водата, съдържаща се в тях. По метода непресетите кафяви въглища се загряват чрез прекарването на гореща вода и/или водна пара до работна температура от 60 до 2000С, след което се въвеждат като въглищен шлам в центрофуга с масивна стена (2). Работното пространство на центрофугата (2) се намира под налягане, съответстващо на налягането на водната пара при работнататемпература. Свързаната във въглищата вода се отделя чрез центрофугиране и се изтегля като преливанепрез преливника (4) от работното пространство на центрофугата с масивна стена (2).
