Abstract

По метода хидрофобно производно на растежния хормон може да бъде открито чрез хидрофобна хроматография и елуиране с амониев сулфат в качеството на градиент, последвано от пептидно картиране. Производното може да бъде третирано с меркаптаново съединение за превръщането му в нативна форма на растежния хормон. За предпочитане е растежният хормон да бъде човешки, а меркаптановото съединение цистеин вконцентрация 1-2 мм.
