Abstract

Procédé de traitement préliminaire de la surface d'objets en polyoléfines, comportant le lavage de la surface avec un dissolvant organique fluoré, tel que le CC12F-CC12F ou CC12F-CC1F2, suivi d'un traitement avec un plasma de la surface. Comme la surface des objets concernés est lavée avec ce dissolvant organique fluoré, l'évacuation de l'eau résiduaire et la conduite du processus de traitement présentent beaucourp moins de problèmes que le procédé de traitement conventionnel. Les couches de peinture appliquées aux surfaces ainsi traitées au préalable par le procédé selon l'invention se distinguent par une excellente résistance au pelliculage et à l'eau chaude.
