Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'urée comprenant une phase de réaction entre de l'ammoniac et CO2 dans un ou plusieurs réacteurs, de manière à produire une solution aqueuse contenant de l'urée, du carbamate d'ammonium et l'excédent de l'ammoniac utilisé dans la synthèse, une phase de décomposition du carbamate d'ammonium dans des appareils de décomposition avec une élimination des produits de décomposition, une phase de condensation dans des condenseurs des produits de décomposition du carbamate en meme temps que des agents d'élimination les appareils de décomposition et/ou les condenseurs étant des pièces d'appareillage du type muni d'un ensemble de tubes, en acier de la qualité convenant pour l'urée, revetus intérieurement d'une mince feuille de zirconium non soudée auxdits tubes.
