Abstract

Procédé pour la séparation de l'arsenic des solutions acides qui en contiennent, et plus particulièrement, des solutions sulfuriques de cuivre et d'autres métaux. Caractérisé par le fait que la solution aqueuse acide est mise en contact avec un solvant organique non-miscible avec l'eau qui extrait l'arsenic, l'arsenic étant ré-extrait du solvant organique au moyen d'anti-solvant. Le solvant non-miscible avec l'eau est constitué par des alcools, de préférence avec 6-13 atomes de carbone tels que 2-éthyl-1-hexanol, l'isodécanol, le n-décanol et autres. L'anti-solvant peut-etre le NaOH1N, le H2SO4 0,5M ou autres.
