Abstract

Dans la dernière étape de lavage, l'eau usée, quittant l'évaporateur d'ammoniac (7) par le tuyau (11) est envoyée, par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe (12) et d'un échangeur (24), à une valve de réglage (16) qui délivre un courant partiel (14) de l'eau usée qui parvient dans la cuve de dosage (15) où il est débarrassé de l'ammoniac libre encore présent par addition d'acide sulfurique arrivant par le tuyau (18) du réservoir (17), après quoi on renvoie par la pompe (20) et le tuyau (4), dans le laveur (2), l'eau usée, renfermant le sulfate d'ammonium en solution, qui s'écoule par la tubulure (19) de la cuve de dosage (15).
