La présente invention se rapporte à des perfectionnements apportés à un procédé pour la galvanisation en continu des tôles métalliques, procédé repris au brevet belge n[deg.] 840. 822.

  
Il a été décrit dans ce brevet principal un procédé de galvanisation en continu des tôles métalliques, caractérisé en ce que, avant son introduction dans le bain de zinc, la tôle est mise en contact avec un cylindre rotatif,

Suivant une première variante de l'invention, ce résultat est obtenu en enlevant le zinc liquide, qui a tendance à se déposer sur les extrémités du cylindre qui, dépassant quelque peu axialement la largeur de la tôle, se trouvent périodiquement et alternativement dans le bain de zinc, puis hors de ce même bain.
