Abstract

Alcoholic drink consists of ethyl alcohol, partic. whiskey, coffee and sugar, stabilized, pref. by caffenine, so that it can be distributed in containers. The mixture may be heated to form a 'grog', or heated and mixed with whipped fresh cream to give a drink known as "Irish Coffee". The proportions in the mixture are about 20% ethyl alcohol. 75% coffee and 5% sugar. The mixture does not have a litre 22 degrees Gay- at 15 degrees C.
