Abstract

Solid or liquid fill milk products are made from milk (powder) opt. with necessary fats, and contain 38-42 pts. sugar, 14-16 pts. fats, 38-42 pts fat- and water free milk solids, 1.0-1.25 pts. CMC or guar gum and 1.0-1.25 pts flavouring and opt. colouring agents solid components. The products may be used undiluted as pudding or dessert, diluted with a half volum of water they are useful as ice cream mix and diluted with an equal volume of water they form drinks of the milk shake type. Mixing with alcoholic liquors such as brandy, rum, vodka, etc gives new alcoholic drinks. The products may be obtained in powder from e.g. by spray drying.
