[Also in Division C2] A food, beverage, or medicine, for example a coffee concentrate, is flavoured by the addition of a mixture of either 2 - acetyl - 3 - hydroxypyridine or 2 - actyl - 3 - methylpyrazine with a comound or compounds selected from 2 - ethyl pyridine, 3 - n - propyl pyridine, 2, 3 - dimethyl - 5 - ethylpyrazine, 5H - 6, 7 - dihydrocyclopenta (b) pyrazine, 2 - methyl - 5H - 6, 7 - dihydrocyclopenta (b) pyrazine, 5 - methyl - 5H - 6, 7 - dihydrocyclopenta (b) pyrazine, and/or methyl, ethyl, isoamyl pyrazine.
