La présente invention a pour objet un appareil filtre, notamment pour le café et le thé, comprenant une partie inférieure destinée à être posée sur le récipient servant à contenir le café ou le thé, partie inférieure en forme de gobelet et présentant des orifices dans le fond, ainsi qu'un récipient filtre en matière plastique, verre ou métal, posé librement dans cette partie inférieu- re. Le récipient filtre est destiné à recevoir un papier filtre de forme plane.
Dans les appareils filtres connus jusqu'ici, le papier filtre a généralement la forme d'un c8ne, Il en découle nécessairement que sa fabrication est d'un coût relativement élevé. Par ailleurs, dans les appareils connus, il est impossible de régler le débit du liquide filtré, et par conséquent l'intensité d'extraction. En outre, une certaine fraction du café moulu, celle qui est située à proximité du bord du filtre en papier traditionnel en forme de cône ou de cône tronqué, est insuffisamment imbibée d'eau et est donc gaspillée en pure perte.
La présente invention a pour objet la suppression des inconvénients susmentionnés, et la création d'un dispo- sitif de construction simple et bon marché permettant l'emploi de papiers filtres plans. Conformément à l'inven- tion, ce résultat est atteint grâce à un appareil filtre dont la partie inférieure, en forme de gobelet, destinée à être placée dur la cafetière, contient un élément destiné à contenir le café moulu ou le thé. Cet élément intérieur eet constitué essentiellement par un récipient perforé solidaire d'une tige, cette tige servant également de manche. La tige est entourée par un manchon se terminant

par un plateau, également perforé, destiné à exercer une pression sur le produit contenu dans le récipient, à savoir le café ou le thé.
La partie supérieure de la tige est filetée, et sur cette tige peut être vissé un écrou servant à exercer une pression sur le manchon et partant, par l'in- termédiaire du plateau solidaire de ce manchon, sur le café ou le thé. Suivant une variante, il est également possible de prévoir un manchon fileté intérieurement, susceptible d'être vissé sur la tige filetée extérieurement. Dans le bas du récipient contenant le café ou le thé peut être placé un papier filtre de forme plane circulaire, présentant un orifice en son milieu, orifice permettant d'enfiler le papier filtre sur la tige.
L'invention sera maintenant décrite plus en détail avec référence à une- forme de réalisation, représentée par le dessin.

Dans la figure, le chiffre; de référence 1 désigne un écrou destiné à être vissé sur la tige pleine ou creuse 3 et à exercer une pression, réglable à volonté, sur le manchon 2 entourant la tige 3. L'appareil fonctionne de la manière suivante pour commencer, on pose le papier filtre 7 dans le fond du pot 5, Ensuite, on remplit le pot 5 de café moulu. Il est bien entendu que la forme de réalisation ci-dessus décrite est uniquement donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, C'est ainsi par exemple que l'écrou 1 peut être supprimé, lorsque le manchon 2 est lui-même fileté intérieurement et peut être vissé sur la tige 3.

The present invention relates to a filter apparatus, in particular for coffee and tea, comprising a lower part intended to be placed on the receptacle serving to contain the coffee or tea, the lower part in the shape of a cup and having orifices in the bottom, as well as a filter container made of plastic, glass or metal, placed freely in this lower part. The filter container is intended to receive a filter paper of planar shape.
In the filter devices known so far, the filter paper generally has the shape of a cone. It necessarily follows that its manufacture is relatively expensive. Furthermore, in known devices, it is impossible to adjust the flow rate of the filtered liquid, and consequently the extraction intensity. In addition, a certain fraction of the ground coffee, that which is located near the edge of the traditional paper filter in the form of a cone or a truncated cone, is insufficiently soaked in water and is therefore wasted to waste.
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the aforementioned drawbacks and to create a device of simple and inexpensive construction allowing the use of flat filter papers. According to the invention, this result is achieved by means of a filter apparatus, the lower part of which, in the form of a cup, intended to be placed in the coffee maker, contains an element intended to contain the ground coffee or tea. This internal element is essentially constituted by a perforated container secured to a rod, this rod also serving as a handle. The rod is surrounded by a sleeve ending

by a tray, also perforated, intended to exert pressure on the product contained in the container, namely coffee or tea.
The upper part of the rod is threaded, and on this rod can be screwed a nut serving to exert pressure on the sleeve and thereby, by means of the plate integral with this sleeve, on the coffee or tea. According to a variant, it is also possible to provide an internally threaded sleeve, capable of being screwed onto the externally threaded rod. In the bottom of the receptacle containing the coffee or tea can be placed a filter paper of circular planar shape, having an orifice in its middle, orifice allowing the filter paper to be threaded on the rod.
