   On sait réaliser des boites en matière synthétique en feuille dans lesquelles la partie supérieure de la boite, par exemple le couvercle à bords plats, repose sur un bord pareille- ment plat de la partie inférieure de la boite, par exemple sur le corps de la boite. Les parties supérieures et inférieures de telles bottes sont composées soit ensemble d'une feuille   unique   et sont alors reliées par un pli afin de pouvoir 'être ouvertes ou fer- mées, ou elles sont composées de parties distinctes qui sont ras- semblées par des agrafes ou toute autre pièce de liaison. On uti- lise pour clore fermement les boites des agrafes, des rivets ou

 leurs équivalents ou   l'on   colle, scelle ou soude les boites.

   Ces modes de fermetures sont cependant mal commodes en regard du.      résultat obtenu. Dans l'utilisation ils sont de ce fait   entre.aux,,,?;   très peu pratiques, car il est   fréquentent   nécessaire pour   l'eu- ,'   verture, d'utiliser un outil à main ou en   l'absence     d'un   tel outil, on aboutit à un arrachement non satisfaisant de la   boite.   En outre, les bottes ne peuvent plus être fermement closes par la suite. 



   Les agrafes utilisées dans les bottes en deux parties ou les au- très éléments de liaison constituent des charnières dont l'action n'est pas satisfaisante en regard de la dépense engagée en matière et en travail. 



   L'objet   de l'invention   est un procédé pour la confection ou la réalisation d'un lien avantageux entre les rebords plats superposés des parties supérieures et inférieures de boîtes en feuilles de matière   plastique.   L'invention a encore   pour   objet la création d'un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé. 



   On réalise de façon relativement simple selon l'invention une liaison utilisable à.répétitions entre les rebords des par- ties supérieures et inférieures d'une boite, lorsque les deux parties à rebord plat reposent l'une sur l'autre, en chauffant le rebord plat des parties supérieure et inférieure du côté où l'ouverture et la   fermeture doit   s'effectuer jusqu'au ramollisse- ment de la matière thermoplastique et en enroulant le rebord chauf- fé de la partie supérieure avec le rebord chauffé de la partie inférieure et en effectuant l'enroulement à au moins 180 .

   Si l'enroulement est destiné à servir à des fermetures et ouvertures répétées, les rebords ne doivent   pasêtre   enroulés sur plus de 360  et avantageusement aux environs de   270 .Si   l'enroulement doit servir de charnière entre la partie supérieure et inférieure,   on   enroule le rebord dans ce but sur au   moins'3600.     L'enroulement   est effectué de telle sorte que le diamètre extérieur atteigne quelques millimètres c'est-à-dire qu'il soit par exemple compris entre 3 et 8 mm.

   Du fait de l'exécution commune de l'enroulement, la feuille qui se trouve   à l'extérieur   au cours de l'enroulement pré- sente un diamètre quelque peu supérieur et de là est enroulée moins fort que le rebord de la feuille située à l'intérieur de l'enroulement. Les limites ou dimensions d'enroulement données ci-dessus concernent la feuille la plus fortement enroulée.      



   Du fait que l'on enroule simultanément les rebords des deux parties de la botte et que l'on respecte les limites d'en- roulement données ci-dessus, on obtient des fermetures à rouleaux et des charnières à rouleaux très commodément utilisables. 



   Il convient de remarquer particulièrement que les ferme- tures à rouleaux réalisées comme ci-dessus constituent une fer- meture relativement sûre à l'égard d'ouvertures involontaires mais qui ne présentent aucune difficulté à ouvrir. Il est aussi particulièrement avantageux que l'on puisse pratiquement fermer aussi souvent que l'on veut après avoir ouvert le fermoir et réciproquement. 



   Le dispositif de fermeture selon l'invention peut être adapté à toutes les bottes fermant à pression qui sont confection-. 



  . nées en feuilles de matière synthétique thermoplastique raide ou dure. Par exemple, on considère dans ce cas les feuilles en poly- éthylène de haute densité, en polypropylène, en polystyrol,en acétate de cellulose et chlorure de polyvinyle qui ne contiennent que peu ou pas de plastifiant et dénommés PVC-durs. 



   L'enroulement des rebords des parties supérieure et   infé-'   rieure peut être'entrepris avec tout outil approprié à cet usage, comme par exemple avec un crochet de fil métallique approprié à cet usage,que l'on passe sur les rebords chauffés. L'usage d'une filière d'étirage formant un canal allongé qui est formé à partir d'une fente rectiligne qui se transforme progressivement en un alésage cylindrique est particulièrement avantageux.Un exemple sera décrit ci-après.

   L'invention est expliqua dans ce qui   luit   en regard des dessins annexés. Les figures 1,2 et   3   représentent un dispo- sitif pour réaliser l'enroulement du procédé selon l'invention en vues de face, en plan et de cote. La Fig.4 représente une par- tie de ce dispositif à plus grande échelle, et les figures 5 à 7 quelques coupes effectuées dans la pièce représentée dans la Fig.4 et repérées par les signes V- V et VI- VI et VII - VII. Les 
Figs.8 à 10 représentent un dispositif de réalisation d'enroulé- ment de fermeture'et de charnières à rouleaux selon l'invention en vues de face, en plan et latérale. Les Figs.ll et 12 montrent des coupes d'une boite avant et après exécution de l'enroulement de fermeture.

   Les   Figs.13,   14, 16 et 17 représentent des coupes , de deux bottes respectivement avant et après exécution de la fer- meture et des enroulements de charnières. Les Figs.15 et 18 sont des vues en plan des boites représentées dans les Figs.14 et   17.   



   Le dispositif représenté dans les   Figs.1 à 7   sert au rabattement simultané des parties des rebords 6a et 6b des par- ties supérieure et inférieure de la boite représentée en coupe dans la   Fig.ll,   qui est prévu pour la réalisation d'une fermeture. 



   L'ouverture et la fermeture de la boite doivent s'effectuer au tour du pli creux 7. La   Fig.12   représente la coupe de la botte après le rabattement de la fermeture. Afin d'effectuer le rabatte- ment, on utilise un dispositif ou une installation fonctionnant en continu. Cette installation contient une bande transporteuse sans fin   @ mûe   par un entraînement 1 et garnie de taquets d'en- traînement 3 . Les bottes à remborder sont amenées en position de fermeture sur la bande transporteuse 2 et déplacées au moyen des taquets d'entraînement 3.

   Les parties supérieure et inférieure de la botte sont fermement maintenues l'une sur l'autre par des   guides   latéraux   4a   et 4c et par un guide   supérieur.4b,   ce qui assure une   trajectoire   rectiligne de la botte au cours de son transport par les taquets d'entraînement 3.
