USTENSILE DE TABLE PERMETTANT LA DISTRIBUTION ALTERNATIVE DE
PRODUITS DIFFERENTS.-
La présente invention se rapporte à un ustensile de table, de conception très simple, destiné à permettre la distribution alternative de différents produits, comme par exemple'de poivre ou de sel.
Cet ustensile est caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé d'un réci- pient qui est muni de deux compartiments contenant chacun l'un des produits à distribuer et qui comporte un organe distributeur conçu afin de mettre d'une manière alternative l'un des compartiments en relation avec l'exté- rieur.
Dans la réalisation pratique de l'invention, le récipient com- prend une cloison intérieure concentrique à l'axe du récipient, laquelle donne naissance à deux compartiments concentriques et vers le haut ces compartiments sont fermés par un couvercle commun troué sur lequel peut se déplacer un plateau distributeur également muni de trous pouvant occuper par rotation une position neutre dans laquelle aucune distribution n'est possible ou bien deux autres positions dans lesquelles les trous corres- pondent dans le couvercle commun à l'un des compartiments mis en coinci- dence avec des trous du distributeur, de manière à permettre le passage vers l'extérieur d'un des produits à distribuer, tandis que les trous qui correspondent dans le couvercle à l'autre compartiment sont bouchés.
Les dessins ci-joints sont destinés à montrer, à titre purement exemplatif, comment l'invention peut être réalisée en pratique.
La figure 1 est une vue en élévation représentant le récipient muni du couvercle et le plateau distributeur.

formé tout autour du compartiment 3.
Le récipient 1 présente, à sa partie supérieure et vers l'exté- rieur, une saillie périphérique 5 et est fermé par un couvercle 6 qui se visse sur une partie filetée 7 prévue sur la périphérie du récipient au- dessus de la saillie 5.
L'appareil est complété par un plateau distributeur 8 qui peut effectuer un mouvement de rotation au-dessus du couvercle 6 et qui possède un repli périphérique 9 prenant autour d'un rebord 61 du couvercle 6 et autour de la saillie 5 et dans lequel sont ménagées des rainures 10
La saillie périphérique 5 porte, en des positions diamétrale- ment opposées, deux tenons 11 s'engageant dans chacune des rainures et au milieu de chaque rainure 10 est prévue une découpure 12 formée entre la rai- nure 10 et le bord du repli 9.
Cette fente a pour but d'assurer la mise en place du plateau 8 au-dessus du couvercle 60
La cloison 2 peut, comme dans l'exemple représenté, être soli- daire du fond du récipient 2, mais elle peut l'être aussi du couvercle 6.
Le plateau 8 est percé de trous 13 et le couvercle 6 est de son côté pourvu d'ouvertures 14.
Ces trous sont répartis de telle manière que des trous 131 et 141 prévus respectivement sur la périphérie du plateau 8 et du couvercle 6 assu- rent lorsqu'ils sont en coïncidence la distribution d'un produit (par exemple du sel) contenu dans le compartiment 4, tandis que la coïncidence de trous 132 et permet la distribution''d'un autre produit (par exemple du poivre) contenu dans le compartiment 3.
Il va de soi que les positions respectives des trous 13 -13 et 14-142 sont telles que, quand la distribution d'un produit est possible, celles de l'autre produit est empêchée.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif a été schématisé par les figures 4, 4A et 4B.
La figure 4 correspond à une position neutre dans laquelle les tenons 11 se trouvent au-dessus des fentes 12 et dans-lesquelles aucun trou 13 ne correspond à un trou 14. Aucun produit ne peut être distribué.
Dans la position de la figure 4A, les tenons 11 se trouvent à l'une des extrémités des rainures 10; il y a coïncidence des trous 132 et 142 mais pas coïncidence des trous 131 et 1±la Le produit contenu en 3 est dis- tribué. Dans la position de la figure 4B. les tenons 11 se trouvent à l'autre extrémité des rainures 10: il y a coincidence des trous 131 et 141, mais pas des trous 132 et 142. C'est le produit contenu en 4 qui est distribué.
REVENDICATIONS.
1.- Ustensile de table permettant la distribution alternative de produits par exemple d'épices ou de sucre en poudre, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé d'un récipient (1) qui est muni de compartiments (3-4) contenant chacun l'un des produits à distribuer et qui comporte un organe distributeur (8) conçu afin de mettre d'une manière alternative l'un des compartiments en relation avec l'extérieur.

The present invention relates to a table utensil, of very simple design, intended to allow the alternative distribution of different products, such as, for example, pepper or salt.
This utensil is characterized in that it is formed by a receptacle which is provided with two compartments each containing one of the products to be dispensed and which comprises a dispensing member designed so as to alternatively place one. compartments in relation to the exterior.
In the practical embodiment of the invention, the container comprises an inner partition concentric with the axis of the container, which gives rise to two concentric compartments and upwards these compartments are closed by a common perforated cover on which can move. a distributor plate also provided with holes which can occupy by rotation a neutral position in which no distribution is possible or else two other positions in which the holes correspond in the cover common to one of the compartments placed in coincidence with holes in the dispenser, so as to allow passage to the outside of one of the products to be dispensed, while the holes which correspond in the cover to the other compartment are blocked.

The utensil, o @ jet of the invention, comprises a small container 1 whose interior is divided by a partition 2 (Fig. 2) concentric with the axis of the container, into a central compartment 3 and into a compartment 4

formed all around compartment 3.
The container 1 has, at its upper part and towards the outside, a peripheral projection 5 and is closed by a cover 6 which screws onto a threaded part 7 provided on the periphery of the container above the projection 5.
The apparatus is completed by a distributor plate 8 which can perform a rotational movement above the cover 6 and which has a peripheral fold 9 taking around a rim 61 of the cover 6 and around the projection 5 and in which are provided with grooves 10
The peripheral projection 5 carries, in diametrically opposed positions, two tenons 11 engaging in each of the grooves and in the middle of each groove 10 is provided a cutout 12 formed between the groove 10 and the edge of the fold 9.
The purpose of this slot is to ensure the positioning of the plate 8 above the cover 60
The partition 2 may, as in the example shown, be integral with the bottom of the container 2, but it may also be integral with the cover 6.
The plate 8 is pierced with holes 13 and the cover 6 is for its part provided with openings 14.
These holes are distributed in such a way that holes 131 and 141 provided respectively on the periphery of the plate 8 and of the cover 6 ensure when they are in coincidence the distribution of a product (for example salt) contained in the compartment. 4, while the coincidence of holes 132 and allows the dispensing of another product (for example pepper) contained in compartment 3.
It goes without saying that the respective positions of the holes 13 -13 and 14-142 are such that, when the dispensing of one product is possible, those of the other product are prevented.
The operation of the device has been shown schematically in Figures 4, 4A and 4B.
FIG. 4 corresponds to a neutral position in which the tenons 11 are located above the slots 12 and in which no hole 13 corresponds to a hole 14. No product can be dispensed.
In the position of FIG. 4A, the tenons 11 are located at one of the ends of the grooves 10; there is a coincidence of holes 132 and 142 but not coincidence of holes 131 and 1 ± 1a. The product contained in 3 is dispensed. In the position of Figure 4B. the tenons 11 are located at the other end of the grooves 10: there is a coincidence of the holes 131 and 141, but not of the holes 132 and 142. It is the product contained in 4 which is dispensed.
CLAIMS.
1.- Table utensil allowing the alternative distribution of products, for example spices or powdered sugar, characterized in that it is formed by a container (1) which is provided with compartments (3-4) each containing one of the products to be dispensed and which comprises a dispensing member (8) designed to alternatively put one of the compartments in relation to the outside.
