La. présente invention est relative à un perfec- tionnement aux flacons et aux bouteilles de conditionnement, notamment destinés à contenir des produits de parfumerie, de pharmacie, de droguerie et des produits analogues et elle a plus particulièrement pour but de doter ces flacons ou bouteil- les d'un aspect élégant et d'une forme de maniement aisé sans en augmenter le prix de revient.

Selon l'invention, ces flacons de conditionnement ont leur ajutage ou goulot obturé, lors de leur conditionnement d'origine, c'est-à-dire jusqu'à leur mise en service par l'usa- ger, par tout moyen ordinaire approprié, bouchon, capsule de fermeture, etc... et sont, en conséquence, munis des moyens nécessaires à cet effet, par exemple pas de vis, cordon, gorge circulaire, et±...

En plus de la'protection apportée au flacon par un tel organe d'utilisation, celui-ci assure une obturation fa- cile et efficace, et permet une présentation'à la fois luxueuse et économique, puisque les flacons peuvent ainsi être réduits à un minimum de présentation propre, donc à un prix de revient très économique.
Dans la partie gauche de la fig.l, un flacon dont le goulot est muni d'un pas de vis, a une partie inférieu- re 2 formant embase. Lors de son utilisation par l'usager, le flacon 1 est obturé et protégé par le couvercle d'utilisation 3, lequel muni d'un pas de vis 4 se visse sur le goulot du flacon 1. La partie inférieure du couvercle 3 vient en contact avec liembase formée par la partie 2 du flacon 1.
Suivant une variante d'exécution représentée dans la partie droite de la figure, le couvercle de conditionnement
3 se visse sur la partie supérieure 5 du corps du flacon 1.
Dans la fig. 2, le flacon 6 est muni d'une embase 7 à sa partie inférieure; et le couvercle d'utilisation 8 est en forme de cloche. Celui-ci, suivant la variante de gauche, se visse sur le goulot du flacon 6. Suivant la variante d'exécution représentée sur la partie droite de la fig.2, le couvercle 8 se visse sur un pas de vis 9 disposé sur le corps du flacon 6,près de l'embase 7.
Dans les figures 3 et 4, le flacon 10 est muni d'un couvercle d'utilisation 11 formant boîtier, du fait qu'il "chapeaute" entièrement le flacon 10. Pour pouvoir visser ou dévisser facilement le flacon 10 du couvercle 11, le fond du flacon 10 est pourvu de deux évidements 12 permettant d'y in- troduire 2 doigts et assurant ainsi sa prise en main facile.

Bien entendu, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, les évidements 12 peuvent être remplacés par un ou plusieurs or- ganes appropriés de prise en main, soit directe, soit nécessi- tant l'emploi d'une lame, rondelle ou clef, et disposé ou dis- posés soit sous le fond du flacon, soit sur le pourtour infé- rieur de son corps.
Dans la fig. 5 le flacon 14, tant dans la variante représentée sur le côté gauche que sur celle vue sur le côté droit de,la figure,se visse ou se dévisse aisément du couvercle d'utilisation 15, du fait que celui-ci a, à sa partie inférieure, intérieure, un diamètre sensiblement plus grand que la partie inférieure extérieure I6 du flacon 14, ce flacon ayant par exemple une forme tronconique à sa base comme indiqué à la droite de la figure.
Dans la partie gauche de la fig.6, le flacon 17 @ à goulot muni d'un pas de vis, est pourvu d'une nervure 18 disposée sur son corps. Le flacon 17 a un corps de forme ovale.
Le boitier est en deux'pièces constitué par un couvercle 20 et par une embase 19, à fond ouvert, et il a une partie inté- rieure de forme ovale correspondant à celle du flacon 17, de façon que ce dernier puisse s'emboiter dans ladite embase, de préférence avec un serrage suffisant pour que l'embase 19 adhère bien au flacon 17. La nervure 18 sert de butée à l'en- foncement du flacon 17 dans l'embase 19. Le couvercle de boî- ti.er d'utilisation 20 se visse sur le gôulot du flacon 17.
La forme ovale du flacon 17 et l'embase 19 servent à empêcher le flacon de tourner dans l'embase, lors du vissage ou du dévissage du couvercle de boîtier d'utilisation 20 sur le gou- lot du flacon 17.
