Abstract
Applicateur bille rechargeable constitué de quatre pièces caractérisé par un flacon (1) fabriqué par procédé d’injection afin qu’il soit ouvert à ses deux extrémités, en partie supérieure l’intérieur du flacon (1) est muni d’un plateau horizontal ouvert (6) à cône d’étanchéité (7) formant un berceau (5) dans lequel est clipsée une bille (2) qui tourne librement, extérieurement un filetage (8) permet le vissage d’un capuchon (3) à mini-jupe intérieure centrale (12) ; après assemblage des trois pièces la pression exerce sur la bille (2) par la mini-jupe (12) du capuchon (3) comprime la bille (2) sur le cône intérieur (7) pour fermer de façon étanche la partie supérieure du flacon (1) ; en partie inférieure le flacon (1) est muni d’un filetage (9) sur lequel se visse la jupe de préhension (14) d’une embase amovible (4) dont la mini-jupe (16) en serrage dans l’ouverture calibrée inférieure (10) du flacon (1) ferme ce dernier de façon étanche après remplissage du produit.
