Claims (9)
- Packaging for a spray device (1) of very small size constituted by a can (2) whose diameter and height are no more than a few centimeters and which is closed by a valve (3) actuatable by pushing a hollow rod (4) into said valve (3), said packaging comprising:1°) an open-topped case (13) having a bottom and a side wall, said bottom including an opening (15) which is wide enough to pass the finger of a user in order to press the bottom of the can, but which is too narrow to pass the said spray device (1); and2°) a pusher (5) constituted by a thrust cylinder (6) having an inside channel having one end which communicates with the outside and having its other end engaged by abutment over said rod (4) of said valve (3), and also having an outer envelope (8) which is fixed to said thrust cylinder (6) and which provides a surface suitable for receiving pressure from two other fingers of a user;said outer envelope (8) of said pusher (5) also including a skirt (9) capable of engaging the open top of said case (13) or the purpose of being fixed thereto, the packaging being characterized in that said skirt is fixed to the case by non-reversible fixing means (10, 16), and said opening (15) in the bottom of said case (13) is initially closed by a cover which is easily torn off by hand, whereby the packaging is made tamperproof.
- Packaging according to claim 1, wherein said spray device (1), said case (13), and said pusher (5) are circularly symmetrical about a common vertical axis passing through the center of the bottom of said case (13).
- Packaging according to claim 2, wherein said opening (15) in the bottom of said case (13) is in the form of a strip which is disposed symmetrically about a diameter of said bottom of said case, and in that it communicates with at least one notch (18) in said side wall of said case (13).
- Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said non-reversible fixing means (10, 16) between said pusher (5) and said case (13) are constituted by welding on said skirt (9).
- Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said non-reversible fixing means (10, 16) between said pusher (5) and said case (13) are constituted by hooks (10) carried by said skirt (9) of said outside envelope (8) co-operating with inwardly directed notches (16) formed in said side wall of said case (13).
- Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said side wall of said case (13) includes internal ribs (14) with said can (2) of said spray device (1) being engaged therebetween.
- Packaging according to claim 6, wherein said non-reversible fixing means (10, 16) between said pusher (5) and said case (13) are constituted by hooks (10) carried by said skirt on said outside envelope (8) co-operating with inwardly directly notches (16) formed in said ribs (14) of said case (13).
- Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said thrust cylinder (6) receives a filler piece (12) inside its internal channel, said filler piece being provided with external surface grooves so as to leave only a narrow passage to the outside.
- Packaging according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said pusher (5) is protected by a removeable cap (11).
