Un vaporisateur de ce type comprend un bidon obturé par un corps de valve comportant une petite soupape qu'un ressort maintient fermée au repos. Il laisse échapper son contenu lorsque la tige de la soupape est repoussée vers l'intérieur du bidon du vaporisateur. Sous l'effet d'une pression continue exercée sur la tige, un jet permanent d'aérosol -ou seulement une dose- est, selon le cas, libéré. L'invention s'applique à toutes sortes de valves, y compris aux pompes. Selon la présente invention, un emballage de vaporisateur de petite taille (diamètre et hauteur de quelques centimètres) comprenant:
- 1) un étui protégeant le bidon du vaporisateur,
- 2) un poussoir coiffant le corps de valve dudit vaporisateur et prenant appui sur la tige de sa soupape,
est caractérisé par :- a) l'existence, en partie basse dudit étui, d'une entaille assez large pour laisser passer un doigt (en général le pouce), mais trop étroite pour permettre la sortie du vaporisateur, et prédécoupée dans la paroi dudit étui, le prédécoupage étant suffisamment fragile pour être rompu par simple pression ou par arrachement manuels ;
- b) des nervures verticales disposées le long de la paroi interne dudit étui, au nombre de trois au moins et dont les largeurs respectives sont compatibles avec le diamètre extérieur dudit bidon qui se trouve ainsi maintenu en place à l'intérieur dudit étui ;
- c) l'élargissement de l'embase du poussoir afin de permettre à deux doigts, en général l'index et le majeur, d'y prendre appui simultanément ;
- d) la présence de rebords verticaux fixés sous ledit poussoir, près de son pourtour extérieur, et munis de moyens de fixation permettant une fixation irréversible dudit poussoir sur ledit étui. La fixation peut être une soudure, par exemple à l'ultrason, ou une fixation par encliquetage de crochet, ne pouvant être défaite, dans l'un ou l'autre cas sans destruction de la fixation. Il est ainsi impossible de sortir le flacon sans détruire son emballage. Il ne peut être réutilisé dans la même présentation. Le plus généralement, le flacon a une forme cylindrique ronde, mais il peut tout aussi bien avoir une section ovale ou polygonale dans le cadre de la présente invention.
