Le présent brevet a pour objet un broyeur pour matières et produits alimentaires à destination de la cuisine du genre 'passe- vite", dans lequel, le récipient est de forme conique et tourne sur la face oônique intérieure percée, de trous du dit récipient, un cône de broyage 4 sommet arrondi épousant le profil du fond du récipient et enmanché librement suivant le sens axial du cône sur l'extrémité inclinée d'un bras de manivelle dont la partie dirigée suivant l'axe vertical du récipient est sollicitée vers le bas par lextrémité d'un ressort dont l'autre extrémité bute sur une traverse amovible portant au centre la buselure guidant l'axe vertical de la manivelle qui extérieurement à la dite tra- verse est pourvue d'un autre bras de manivelle portant
à son ex- trémité la poignée de manoeuvre.
Comme il sera décrit ci-dessous, le broyeur considéré se prête, après engagement sur le premier récipient cône percé-de ' troua, d'un deuxiéme récipient oône sans trous amovible et concen-

trique au premier et obturant les perforations envisagées. à la réalisation d'un appareil à battre les oeufs, crânes ou analogues, après enlèvement du oône débrayage auquel se substitue un jeu de corps rotatifs à palettes qui par un dispositif approprié fixé au bras de manivelle intérieure sont actionnés d'un double mouvez ment de rotation à savoir suivant leur axe propre etl'ensemble autour de l'axe vertical de la manivelle d'entrainement.
Afin de mieux faire ressortir l'exposé ci-dessus, les dessins annexés représentent à titre explioatif et non limitatif un mode de réalisation d'un broyeur conformément à l'objet de l'invention,

Sur cette dernière est soudé à angle droit un @ tube 33 dont les parties supérieure et inférieure sont enlevées pour permettre de l'engager suivant ses cotés 34 sur la partie 15. du bras de manivelle et l'y fixer par l'engagement d'un boulon 35 avec écrou de serrage papillon 36, grâce à une perforation radiale du bras !5 et des cotés 34.
Il est à remarquer que lorsqu'on utilise l'appareil suivant la disposition de la fig,3 il y a lieu de placer dans le récipient 1., un second récipient également oône 22 sans trous, pour que la matière ou le liquide ne s'écoule pas. Oe réoipient 22 sera avean- tageusement muni d'un beo ou déversoir 23 pour l'écoulement docile de la matière après avoir retiré le dispositif mélangeur et le récipient oône 22 contenant le produit ou les matières traitées par le mélangeur envisagé.
Le fonctionnement se comprend tout.aussi aisément.
En effet/en tournant le bras 13 par sa poignée, l'arbre ver- tical 10 entraine la traverse 24 et la roue 31 dans un mouvement de rotation l'équipement 26 portant, les corps rotatifs 29 qui à leur tour sont alors animés suivant leur axe d'un mouvement de rotation par les pignons 33 en prise aveo la roue correspondante 31. Pour le démontage on enlève comme précédemment la traverse 2 avec son équipage mobile. On retire le cécipient 22 avec la ma- tière. On dévisse les éorous 28 et on retire la pièce en V 26 de laquelle peuvent alors se dégager les corps rotatifs 29.

On enlève ensuite l'écrou à papillon 36, puis le boulon 35 et on retire la traverse 24 avec son tube d'engagement, du bras 15.
On peut alors si on le désire, replacer le cône de broyage
18 et l'appareil est'à nouveau dans les conditions pour opérer des opérations de broyage comme décrit au oours du présent exposé,
Il va de soi que d'autres détails d'exécution peuvent être .envisagés dans les réalisations du broyeur considéré,,
Les récipients cônes tels que et 22 pourront être exécutés en tôle étamée, nickelée, chromée ou même émaillée, et en toutes dimensions ou grandeurs selon les nécessités que l'on envisage,
En résumé il faut considérer comme rentrant dans le cadre du domaine du présent brevet un broyeur ménager caractérisé par ce qui suit.
