PATENT OF INVENTION Recuperator cooker for central heating
The present invention relates to a cooker with recuperator for central heating, characterized by the cmmè combination of a boiler with a large heating surface forming the hearth of the cooker with a recuperator of the heat of the fumes, this combination allowing a very great saving of fuel as a result of the best use of the calories supplied and also allowing to transform the cooker for the summer by eliminating the use of. boiler and recuperator and without these being then at. contact with flames or hot gases.
The appended drawings show schematically, by way of non-limiting example, one embodiment of the invention.
We see in Figure I, a perspective view of the boiler recovery unit of a stove, while Figure 2 is a sectional view in profile of the boiler and the recovery of this stove showing the passage of gases.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Figure 3 is a sectional elevation view also indicating the passage 'the gases and, as a variant, the possibility of using the stove for the chambering of a furnace or for a gas and funeral circuit independent of the passage in the recuperator.
Hitherto, cookers fitted with boilers have been used for hot water intended for central heating or for

similar uses, but these pots had a low heating surface and only used a small part of

the calorific value of the fuel used. The object of the present invention is a better use

with a recllperatellr.

walls 2, 3 and 4 constituting a 3rd heating water container.

Under this reou.pérate'jr the 6Z arrive in a passage 9, which can be closed completely or pzrhiellenent by a rejish tre 10, and leave from there towards the chimney, licking the wall

background II.
If we want to use for example the gases for heating an oven, we will close the register 10 and open a second register 12 disposed on the path of the gases around the oven 13 and these will pass directly through the free space. 6 and will reach the chimney having gone around the oven 13.
Likewise, if you do not want to use the boiler or the recuperator in summer, a false bottomless hearth will be placed in the hearth, against the box which will be pressed. the grid and this hearth will be open laterally on the side of passage 6 so as to allow the departure of the gases towards the chimney without these gases having to pass through the recuperator.
Thanks to the combination of the boiler, the walls of which are formed by corrugated sheets, and the recuperator which forms a single block with it, temperature exchanges take place between the hot gases and the water particles which are contained in this assembly and an almost total use of the calories produced by the fuel used, the upper wall of the fireplace being constituted, as is known, by a plate used for heating food.
Likewise, the use of corrugated sheets for the construction of the boiler prevents abnormal expansion and warping of the walls and this arrangement consequently prevents leaks which occur at the welds of the straight walls of known devices.
It goes without saying that the shapes, details, raw materials used and various arrangements may vary without departing from the scope of the present invention, in particular the dimensions of the sheets used will be determined by experience according to the effect to be achieved, that the dimensions of the spaces between these sheets will be determined by the quantity of water necessary for the proper functioning of the heater.
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
central ge and the recovery boiler assembly may be supplemented by double walls such as that indicated in II, so as to bring more water into the path of the remaining gases when they leave for the chimney.
Likewise, the forces may vary according to the cases of application and the need to start the gas from the chimneys according to the arrangements of the cookers.
