La présente invention se rapporte à un tendeur de pantalon et plus particulièrement à un appareil de aette espèce destiné à être introduit dans la jambe du pantalon et dont deax côtés longitudinaux opposés se trouvant dans un même plan sont écartés l'on de l'autre de manière à tendre l'étoffe en formant les plis du pantalon.
L'invention a pour objet un tendeur de pantalon d'une construction simple,robuste et économique, susceptible d'être utilisé pour des pantalons de différentes largeurs de jambe.
Dans ce but selon la présente invention les deux côtés longitudinaux susdits sont réunis par un organe ou dispositif élastique se mettant automatiquement sous temsion lors

de l'introduction du tendeur dans la .jambe du pantalon de manière à solliciter les dits côtés du tendeur à s'écarter l'on de l'autre.1 cet effet le dit organe ou dispositif élastique est formé par an ou plusieurs ressorts travaillant à la compression et prenant appui sur les deux cotés longitudinaux du tendeur.
Dans une forme de réalisation particulièrement a- vantageuse de l'invention qui permet au tendeur de s'adapter à. la coupe du pantalon,le tendeur est composé de deux arcs en fil métallique élastique dont les cordes forment les côtés longitudinaux du tendeur et dont les parties convexes sont accolés de préférence en un point placé sensiblement en dehors du centre du tendeur,de manière à faire diverger naturellement les cotés longitudinaux du tendeur.
D'autres caractéristiques de l'invention ressortiront de la description du dessin ci-annexé représentant à titre d'exemple non limitatif deux formes de réalisation du nouveau tendeur.
Dans ce dessin:Fig.l est une vue en plan d'une forme de réalisation de l'invention:Fig.2 représente avec une brisure partielle une partie du tendeur introduit dans la jambe du pantalon et Fig. 3 une variante de l'invention.
Le tendeur de pantalon comporte deux côtés longi- tudinaux 1 se trouvant dans un même plan et destinés à être écartés l'un de l'autre de manière à tendre l'étoffe de la jambe de pantalon 2 dans laquelle le tendeur est introduit (Fig. 1 et 2).
Dans ce but un dispositif formant ressort et travaillant à la compression est intercalé entre les côtés 1 de manière à prendre appui sur ces derniers.A cet effet,le tendeur est composé de deux arcs en fil de fer élastique, dont les cordas forment les côtés longitudinaux du tendeur et dont les arcs ou parties convexes 3 sont solidarisés à l'aide d'une agrafe commune 4. fe 4 est placée en dehors du centre du tendeur.
Ainsi qu'il est visible à la figure 1 chaque arc est façonné d'un seul morceau de fil de fer élastique plié de la manière appropriée et dont les bouts 5 se trouvent retenus par les bords repliés d'une plaquette métallique 4.
Dans la forme de réalisation représentée à la Fig.
3 la liaison des aôtés longitudinaux 1 du tendeur est obtenue par la fixation de la partie convexe 3 cIun arc à la corde 1 de l'arc opposé.
Il résulte de ae qui précède que lorsqu'on introduit le tendeur dans la jambe du pantalon dont la largeur est inférieure à celle du tendeur en état détenu,en plaçant ce dernier dans le plan des plis à former,les aras de cercle élastiques 3 s'aplatissent en sollicitant les cotés 1 vers l'en- térieur:d'autre part,la solidarisation selon l'invention des parties convexes 3 permet aux cotés 1 de diverger normalement vers le haut de manière à s'adapter à. la coupe de la jambedu pantal on.
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est nullement li- mitée à. ses formes de réalisation décrites et représentées lui peuvent être modifiées selon les exigences de la pratique ou de la construction sans se départir de ae fait du domaine de la présente invention.

The present invention relates to a trouser tensioner and more particularly to an apparatus of aette species intended to be introduced into the trouser leg and whose opposite longitudinal sides located in the same plane are spaced apart from each other by so as to stretch the fabric by forming the folds of the pants.
The invention relates to a trouser tensioner of a simple, robust and economical construction, capable of being used for trousers of different leg widths.
For this purpose according to the present invention the two aforementioned longitudinal sides are united by an elastic member or device automatically coming under time when

the introduction of the tensioner in the leg of the pants so as to urge the said sides of the tensioner to move away from one another.1 this effect the said elastic member or device is formed by year or more working springs compression and resting on the two longitudinal sides of the tensioner.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention which allows the tensioner to adapt to. When the pants are cut, the tensioner is made up of two bows of elastic metal wire, the strings of which form the longitudinal sides of the tensioner and the convex parts of which are preferably contiguous at a point placed substantially outside the center of the tensioner, so as to make naturally diverge the longitudinal sides of the tensioner.
Other characteristics of the invention will emerge from the description of the appended drawing showing, by way of nonlimiting example, two embodiments of the new tensioner.

The trouser tensioner has two longitudinal sides 1 lying in the same plane and intended to be separated from each other so as to stretch the fabric of the trouser leg 2 into which the tensioner is inserted (Fig. . 1 and 2).
For this purpose, a device forming a spring and working in compression is interposed between the sides 1 so as to bear on them. For this purpose, the tensioner is composed of two bows of elastic wire, the cords of which form the sides. longitudinal tensioner and whose arcs or convex parts 3 are secured by means of a common clip 4. 3 the connection of the longitudinal sides 1 of the tensioner is obtained by fixing the convex part 3 cIun arc to the chord 1 of the opposite arc.
