It Covering device It
The guiding devices used up to the present time have very large wings which are actuated automatically by the axes of the load cells while the coil comes to rest freely on the axis of the load cell and on the load cell. that not only the winding yarn, but also the core yarn or base yarn are subject to exaggerated and irregular requirements. The finished yarn therefore comes out very irregular and this only appears with all its big disadvantages in products where yarns of the same kind are used. This is particularly the case for the wrapping of rubber threads, since the great freedom of play which these possess and the irregularities which they already have by themselves present a very unfavorable state of affairs.
The object of the present invention is a guide device which eliminates the aforementioned drawbacks.

as regards the regularity, we obtain an impeccable product; likewise, the quantity yield is extremely high. This is achieved by arranging in free rotation, in the wrapping device according to the invention, a slider around the extension of the hub of the load cell, which in turn can rotate around a fixed axis and is coupled with the coil.
In the accompanying drawing, the object of the invention has been shown in the form of an embodiment given by way of example; the figure is a side view,
On the fixed tube ka which the core wire is clamped, the hub b carrying the load cell b 'can turn. The coil c is planted on the hub; to this end, a point of the load cell engages a hole in the lower plate of the coil so that the latter automatically participates in the rotation of the hub of the load cell. On the extended free end of the hub is the slider d. This is formed of curved thin metal wire, surrounds the hub freely in an annular groove b "and after a reversal of direction and a continuous bend down again.
The upper winding continues with the arm d2 carrying a ceµ1 and the lower one with the elbow d3 also carrying an eye, which elbow rests freely on the edge of the upper plate of the reel. Corresponding to the groove, the upper winding is a little thinner than the lower; however, there is play in the groove lengthwise.
The bend d 'and the eyelet bend d3 are conveniently somewhat crossed, so that when they are lightly pressed towards each other, the upper winding then widens sufficiently to allow placement. quick and easy slider over the groove head or its removal. '
When rotating the spool, the winding wire can bear only the very slight resistance of air, the weight very

low slider and low friction on the hub neck.
The slight friction of the slider on the edge of the upper plate of the reel now intervenes when starting and stopping the reel; while running, the centrifugal force lifts the slider and detaches it from the spool plate. Since not only the winding threads but also the core threads are considerably spared in this way (core threads which must resist the pulling of the winding threads) the number of turns can be considerably increased. of the spool and achieve a practically perfect regularity of the wrapping, the rubber threads thus take on a uniform tension and exit, so to speak, without forming vortices, which was impossible until now.
The coupling of the coil with the load cell can obviously instead of being done by the intervention of a point, also be carried out in another way, in particular elastically by spring, rubber or leather; it can also be done with the hub instead of using the load cell of the latter. The shape of the cursor and its removable stop on the hub of the load cell, as well as the shape and position of the other parts of the device can obviously undergo various modifications without deviating from the spirit and the essence. of the invention.
4 'is thus, for example, that the hub b can be in two parts, that which carries the slider being designed as a special part and can be coupled easily and removably by bayonet seal, spring or the like with the end of the main hub on which it comes to rest, so that the aforementioned part of the hub can be removed easily and quickly at the same time as the slider. The method of removing the thread and the nature of the machine control may, of course, also differ from those indicated.
