Claims (22)
- REVENDICATIONS
- 1. Dispositif électroluminescent organique (100) comprenant
- (i) un substrat transparent (1) comprenant un support (10) porteur d'une
- électrode (11), et
- (ii) un système OLED (2) émettant une lumière blanche, adjacent à l'électrode
- (11) du substrat transparent (1), comprenant une succession d'au moins trois couches émettrices, une émettant dans le vert (EMG), une dans le bleu (EMB) et une dans le rouge (EMR), parmi lesquelles deux au moins sont séparées l'une de l'autre par une couche organique de séparation (OD2,OD3),
- caractérisé en ce que, parmi ces trois couches émettrices, la couche émettrice la plus éloignée de l'électrode (11) est celle émettant dans le vert (EMG) et la couche émettrice la plus proche de l'électrode (11) est celle émettant dans le rouge (EMR).
- 2. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il ne comprend pas plus de trois couches émettrices.
- 3. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une couche émettrice émettant dans le jaune.
- 4. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon l'une des
- revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque couche émettrice est séparée d'une autre couche émettrice par une couche organique de séparation (OD2, OD3).
- 5. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon l'une des
- revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une couche organique de séparation (OD2, OD3) présente une épaisseur géométrique d'au
- moins 5 nm, de préférence d'au moins 15 nm.
- 6. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon l'une des
- revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'électrode (11) consiste essentiellement en oxyde d'indium dopé étain.
- 7. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'électrode (11) présente une épaisseur géométrique d'au plus 350 nm.
- 8. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon l'une des
- revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'électrode (11) consiste essentiellement en un multicouche comprenant au moins une couche à base d'argent.
- 9. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une couche à base d'argent présente une épaisseur géométrique d'au moins 6 nm et d'au plus 25 nm.
- 10. Dispositif électroluminescent organique selon l'une des
- revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un CRI supérieur à 60 et un Delta de couleur inférieur à 2.4.
