Abstract

The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, and more particularly, to a small mechanical agricultural irrigation device. In order to address the problem that most of the existing mechanical agricultural irrigation devices cannot combine irrigation with fertilization, which is inconvenient and inefficient, the invention provides the following solution, comprising a base, wherein a supporting seat is arranged on top of the base, and the supporting seat supports a water pump on top, the inlet of the water pipe is connected to an inlet pipe, and the outlet of the water pipe is connected to an outlet pipe, the outlet pipe is connected to a water tank positioned on top of the base, and a turbine is rotatably installed in the water tank, the turbine and the outlet pipe work coordinately, and the turbine is connected to a rotation rod, the rotation rod is rotatably installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank, and the rotation rod is rigidly installed with rotation blades. SMALL MECHANICAL AGRICULTURAL IRRIGATION DEVICE FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, and more particularly, to a small mechanical agricultural irrigation device.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Agricultural irrigation mainly refers to the irrigation of farming areas and is
generally divided into surface irrigation, sprinkling irrigation and micro irrigation.
[0003] Most of the existing mechanical agricultural irrigation devices cannot combine
irrigation with fertilization, which is inconvenient and inefficient. In order to address the
abovementioned problem, the invention provides a small mechanical agricultural irrigation
device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] In order to address drawbacks of the prior art that most of the existing mechanical
agricultural irrigation devices cannot combine irrigation with fertilization, which is inconvenient
and inefficient, the invention provides a small mechanical agricultural irrigation device.
[0005] To achieve the said purpose, the invention adopts the following technical solution: a
small mechanical agricultural irrigation device, comprising:
a base, wherein a supporting seat is arranged on top of the base, and the supporting
seat supports a water pump on top, the inlet of the water pipe is connected to an inlet pipe, and
the outlet of the water pipe is connected to an outlet pipe, the outlet pipe is connected to a water
tank positioned on top of the base, and a turbine is rotatably installed in the water tank, the
turbine and the outlet pipe work coordinately, and the turbine is connected to a rotation rod, the
rotation rod is rotatably installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank, and the
rotation rod is rigidly installed with rotation blades, a first gear is disposed around the rotation
rod, and the first gear is engaged with a chain, the first gear is connected to a second gear
through the chain, and the second gear is rigidly connected to a stirring rod, the stirring rod is rotatably installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank, and the stirring rod is rigidly installed with mixing blades, and a water guide pipe is connected to one side of the water tank at the bottom; an oval plate is rigidly installed on top of the rotation rod, an oval groove is made on the top of the oval plate, and a motion stud is slidably installed in the oval groove; a fertilizer tank is arranged above the water tank, and a supporting block is rigidly installed at the bottom of the fertilizer tank, the supporting block is rigidly arranged on top of the water tank, and the bottom of the fertilizer tank is connected to a feed pipe, the feed pipe is connected to the water tank, a motion hole and a motion groove are made on the inner wall of the feed pipe respectively on one side, a motion plate is slidably installed in the motion hole and the motion groove, and a motion lever is rigidly installed on one side of the motion plate away from the motion groove, a sliding groove is made on the supporting block, and a motion block is slidably installed in the sliding groove, the motion block and the motion lever are rigidly connected, and the motion block and the motion stud are rigidly connected.
[0006] Preferably, a placing hole is opened in the supporting seat, and the inlet pipe is
placed in the placing hole.
[0007] Preferably, an inlet opening is opened in the water tank, and the inlet opening is
connected to the outlet pipe, and the turbine is rotatably installed in the inlet opening.
[0008] Preferably, a rotation groove is made on the inner wall at the bottom of the water
tank, and the rotation rod is rotatably installed in the rotation groove.
[0009] Preferably, a sliding hole is opened on the inner wall of the sliding groove at the
bottom, and the motion stud is slidably installed in the sliding hole.
[00010] Preferably, the inlet opening is arranged at the top of the water tank on one side.
[00011] Preferably, the motion plate is right trapezoid-structured.
[00012] Preferably, the outer ring of a bearing is rigidly installed on the inner wall of the
rotation groove, and the inner ring is rigidly disposed around the rotation rod.
[00013] Preferably, a frame is slidably installed in the water guide pipe, and a filter net is
arranged in the frame.
[00014] Preferably, a slideway is arranged on the inner wall of the sliding groove, and a
sliding block is arranged on the motion block, and the sliding block is slidably installed on the
slideway.
[00015] Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following benefits:
1. The invention is provided with supporting seat, water pump, inlet pipe, outlet pipe,
water tank and water guide pipe, so that the invention is capable of irrigation;
2. The invention is provided with turbine, rotation rod, oval column, oval groove,
motion stud, supporting block, fertilizer tank, feed pipe, motion hole, motion groove, motion
plate, motion lever, sliding groove and motion block, so that the invention is capable of adding
fertilizer concurrently with irrigation, thus combining irrigation with fertilization and increasing
efficiency;
3. The invention is provided with turbine, rotation rod, rotation blades, first gear,
chain, second gear, stirring rod and mixing blade, so that the invention is capable of mixing
fertilizer and water together when combining irrigation with fertilization.
[00016] The invention is capable of adding fertilizer concurrently with irrigation, thus
combining irrigation with fertilization and increasing efficiency, and the invention is capable of
mixing the fertilizer with water, which is convenient.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
[00022] The technical solutions in the preferred embodiments of the invention will be clearly
and completely described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. Apparently,
the preferred embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the invention, not all of the
embodiments.
[00023] As shown in Figs.1-4, a small mechanical agricultural irrigation device, comprising a
base 1, a supporting seat 2 is arranged on top of the base 1, and the supporting seat 2 supports a
water pump 3 on top, the inlet of the water pipe 3 is connected to an inlet pipe 4, and the outlet
of the water pipe 3 is connected to an outlet pipe 5, the outlet pipe 5 is connected to a water tank
6 positioned on top of the base 1, and a turbine 7 is rotatably installed in the water tank 6, the
turbine 7 and the outlet pipe 5 work coordinately, and the turbine 7 is connected to a rotation rod
8, the rotation rod 8 is rotatably installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank 6, and
the rotation rod 8 is rigidly installed with rotation blades 9, a first gear 10 is disposed around the
rotation rod (8), and the first gear 10 is engaged with a chain 11, the first gear 10 is connected to
a second gear 12 through the chain 11, and the second gear 12 is rigidly connected to a stirring
rod 13, the stirring rod 13 is rotatably installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank 6,
and the stirring rod 13 is rigidly installed with mixing blades 14, and a water guide pipe 15 is
connected to one side of the water tank 6 at the bottom;
[00024] An oval plate 16 is rigidly installed on top of the rotation rod 8, an oval groove 17 is
made on the top of the oval plate 16, and a motion stud 18 is slidably installed in the oval
groove;
[00025] A fertilizer tank 20 is arranged above the water tank 6, and a supporting block 19 is
rigidly installed at the bottom of the fertilizer tank 20, the supporting block 19 is rigidly arranged
on top of the water tank 6, and the bottom of the fertilizer tank 20 is connected to a feed pipe 21,
the feed pipe 21 is connected to the water tank 6, a motion hole 22 and a motion groove 23 are
made on the inner wall of the feed pipe 21 respectively on one side, a motion plate 24 is slidably
installed in the motion hole 22 and the motion groove 23, and a motion lever 25 is rigidly
installed on one side of the motion plate 24 away from the motion groove 23, a sliding groove 26
is made on the supporting block 29, and a motion block 27 is slidably installed in the sliding groove 26, the motion block 27 and the motion lever 25 are rigidly connected, and the motion block 27 and the motion stud 18 are rigidly connected.
[00026] In this embodiment, a placing hole is opened in the supporting seat 2, and the inlet
pipe 4 is placed in the placing hole.
[00027] In this embodiment, an inlet opening is opened in the water tank 6, and the inlet
opening is connected to the outlet pipe 5, and the turbine 7 is rotatably installed in the inlet
opening.
[00028] In this embodiment, a rotation groove is made on the inner wall at the bottom of the
water tank 6, and the rotation rod 8 is rotatably installed in the rotation groove.
[00029] In this embodiment, a sliding hole is opened on the inner wall of the sliding groove
26 at the bottom, and the motion stud 18 is slidably installed in the sliding hole.
[00030] In this embodiment, the inlet opening is arranged at the top of the water tank 6 on
one side.
[00031] In this embodiment, the motion plate 24 is right trapezoid-structured.
[00032] In this embodiment, the outer ring of a bearing is rigidly installed on the inner wall of
the rotation groove, and the inner ring is rigidly disposed around the rotation rod 8.
[00033] In this embodiment, a frame is slidably installed in the water guide pipe 15, and a
filter net is arranged in the frame.
[00034] In this embodiment, a slideway is arranged on the inner wall of the sliding groove 26,
and a sliding block 27 is arranged on the motion block, and the sliding block is slidably installed
on the slideway.
[00035] In this embodiment, start the water pump 3, and the water pump 3 pumps water into
the water tank 6 through the inlet pipe 4 and the outlet pipe 5. As water comes into the water tank
6, driven by the water flow, the turbine 7 rotates, driving the rotation rod 8 to rotate. The rotation
rod 8 drives the oval plate 16 to rotate, which drives the motion stud 18 through the oval groove
17 to move. The motion stud 18 drives the motion block 27 to move, and the motion block 27
drives the motion plate 24 through the motion lever 25 to move, which opens and closes the feed
pipe 21, enabling fertilizer in the fertilizer tank 20 to fall into the water tank 6. In the meantime, the rotation rod 8 drives the stirring rod 13 through the first gear 10, the chain 11 and the second gear 12 to rotate, which drives the mixing blades 14 to rotate. The rotation blades 9 and the mixing blades 14 rotate and mix water with fertilizer. The mixture of water and fertilizer is discharged from the water tank 6 through the water guide pipe 15, realizing irrigation and fertilization at the same time.

CLAIMS:
1. A small mechanical agricultural irrigation device, comprising:
a base (1), characterized in that: a supporting seat (2) is arranged on top of the base
(1), and the supporting seat (2) supports a water pump (3) on top, the inlet of the water pipe (3) is
connected to an inlet pipe (4), and the outlet of the water pipe (3) is connected to an outlet pipe
(5), the outlet pipe (5) is connected to a water tank (6) positioned on top of the base (1), and a
turbine (7) is rotatably installed in the water tank (6), the turbine (7) and the outlet pipe (5) work
coordinately, and the turbine (7) is connected to a rotation rod (8), the rotation rod (8) is rotatably
installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank (6), and the rotation rod (8) is rigidly
installed with rotation blades (9), a first gear (10) is disposed around the rotation rod (8), and the
first gear (10) is engaged with a chain (11), the first gear (10) is connected to a second gear (12)
through the chain (11), and the second gear (12) is rigidly connected to a stirring rod (13), the
stirring rod (13) is rotatably installed on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank (6), and
the stirring rod (13) is rigidly installed with mixing blades (14), and a water guide pipe (15) is
connected to one side of the water tank (6) at the bottom;
an oval plate (16) is rigidly installed on top of the rotation rod (8), an oval groove (17)
is made on the top of the oval plate (16), and a motion stud (18) is slidably installed in the oval
groove (17);
a fertilizer tank (20) is arranged above the water tank (6), and a supporting block (19)
is rigidly installed at the bottom of the fertilizer tank (20), the supporting block (19) is rigidly
arranged on top of the water tank (6), and the bottom of the fertilizer tank (20) is connected to a
feed pipe (21), the feed pipe (21) is connected to the water tank (6), a motion hole (22) and a
motion groove (23) are made on the inner wall of the feed pipe (21) respectively on one side, a
motion plate (24) is slidably installed in the motion hole (22) and the motion groove (23), and a
motion lever (25) is rigidly installed on one side of the motion plate (24) away from the motion
groove (24), a sliding groove (26) is made on the supporting block (19), and a motion block (27)
is slidably installed in the sliding groove (26), the motion block (27) and the motion lever (25)
are rigidly connected, and the motion block (27) and the motion stud (18) are rigidly connected.
2. The small mechanical agricultural irrigation device according to claim 1, characterized in that: a placing hole is opened in the supporting seat (2), and the inlet pipe (4) is
placed in the placing hole.
3. The small mechanical agricultural irrigation device according to claim 1, characterized in that: an inlet opening is opened in the water tank (6), and the inlet opening is
connected to the outlet pipe (5), and the turbine (7) is rotatably installed in the inlet opening.
4. The small mechanical agricultural irrigation device according to claim 1, characterized in that: a rotation groove is made on the inner wall at the bottom of the water tank
(6), and the rotation rod (8) is rotatably installed in the rotation groove.
5. The small mechanical agricultural irrigation device according to claim 4, characterized in that: the outer ring of a bearing is rigidly installed on the inner wall of the
rotation groove, and the inner ring is rigidly disposed around the rotation rod (8).
