Description

WO 2005/113903 PCT/KR2005/001483 Description CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT WITH EXCAVATION AND LOADING FUNCTION Technical Field [1] The present invention relates to a construction equipment, and more particularly, to a construction equipment in which excavation and loading functions can be performed by one equipment. Background Art [2] Generally, a construction equipment such as an excavator and a loader is used to excavate, convey, and load earth and sand in the construction site. The excavator is to excavate or load earth and sand or rock during earthwork. The loader is to load excavated earth and sand, aggregate, crushed rock into a conveyer. The excavator and the loader work differently from each other in view of kinematics. In other words, since the excavator acts using pulling power while the loader acts using pushing power, they have different structures from each other. Therefore, both the excavator and the loader are used for excavation and conveyance of earth and sand in the con struction site. [3] Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [4] However, if such equipments, the excavator and the loader are used together, drawbacks occur in that the excessive expenses are required and the volume of the equipments occupied in the working field becomes great. Therefore, there are suggested multi-functional construction equipments that can carry out various functions using single equipment. However, the multi-functional construction equipments fail to satisfy workers for some reasons. In other words, most of the multi functional construction equipments are respectively provided with an excavator, a loader, and a forklift truck at the front and the rear. Since the excavator, the loader, and the forklift truck are all provided in one main body of the construction equipment, the weight of the construction equipment greatly increases and also the size of the main body that supports the excavator, the loader, and the forklift truck relatively increases. For these reasons, a problem essentially occurs with respect to unnecessary increase of the volume of the construction equipment or its balance. Problems occur in that the respective equipments such as the excavator, the loader, and the forklift truck do not work satisfactorily because they have different structures in view of kinematics. [5] WO 2005/113903 PCT/KR2005/001483 Technical Solution [6] Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a construction equipment having excavation and loading functions, which substantially obviates one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art. [7] An object of the present invention is to provide a construction equipment in which excavation and loading functions can be performed by one equipment without any degradation of performance to remarkably reduce the expenses of the equipment and its size. Advantageous Effects [8] Since excavation and loading functions can be performed using single equipment, it is possible to remarkably reduce the expenses of the equipment and its size. Also, it is possible to easily perform excavation, hardening and conveyance of earth and sand without any degradation of performance of the equipment. Brief Description of the Drawings [9] The above aspects and features of the present invention will be more apparent by describing certain embodiments of the present invention with reference to the ac companying drawings, in which: [10] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a construction equipment having excavation and loading functions according to the present invention; [11] FIG. 2 is a side view illustrating a construction equipment having excavation and loading functions according to the present invention; [12] FIG. 3 is a side view illustrating a construction equipment having excavation and loading functions, used as an excavator according to one embodiment of the present invention; [13] FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating a second fixed pin hole of the construction equipment having excavation and loading functions of FIG. 3; [14] FIG. 5 is a state view illustrating use of the construction equipment having excavation and loading functions of FIG. 3; [15] FIG. 6 is a side view illustrating a construction equipment having excavation and loading functions, used as a loader according to other embodiment of the present invention; [16] FIG. 7 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating a first fixed pin hole of the con struction equipment having excavation and loading functions of FIG. 6; [17] FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating a third fixed pin hole of the con struction equipment having excavation and loading functions of FIG. 6; and [18] FIG. 9 is a state view illustrating use of the construction equipment having excavation and loading functions of FIG. 6.
