  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Druckplatten, die aus mit   Phenolkondensations   produkten getränkten Schichten bestehen. 



   Der Zweck der Erfindung ist, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Druckplatten, insbesondere solchen, die aus mit   Phenolkondensationsprodukten     getränkten Schichten   bestehen, zu schaffen, durch welches in ausserordentlich einfacher Weise für den Druck fertige Platten erzielt werden können, die ohne weiteres auf das Bett der Druckplatte ohne jegliche Zurichtung aufgespannt werden können. Gemäss der Ertindung werden beim Herstellen der Druckplatten diese, solang sie sich noch im plastischen Zu- stande befinden, an ihrer Oberfläche mit Registermarken versehen. Letztere sind an der zur Herstellung
Verwendung findenden Matrize vorgesehen, und können die Gestalt von rechtwinklig zueinander stehenden geraden Linien oder aber die Form von Ansätzen aufweisen.

   Durch diese Registermarken wird bei der nachfolgenden Befestigung der Druckplatten auf dem Bett der Presse die Einstellung ganz erheblich erleichtert, insofern, als nur die richtige Anordnung der Platte mit Bezug auf diese Marken erforderlich ist, um später den Druck selbst in der gewünschten Weise zu erhalten. Weiter wird die zur Her- stellung der Druckplatten Verwendung findende Matrize vor der Anfertigung der Druckplatten zu- gerichtet, so dass in der Oberfläche der gebildeten Druckplatte gleich alle Feinheiten enthalten sind und eine Nachbearbeitung der Platte mithin   überflÜssig   wird. Soll eine aut diese Weise hergestellte Druck- platte für Rotationspressen Benutzung finden, so werden an der Unterfläche der   Druckplatte V-förmige  
Einschnitte vorgesehen, die sich etwa bis zur Mitte der Materialstärke der Platte erstrecken.

   Die so ausgebildete Platte wird, alsdann solang sie sich noch im plastischen Zustande befindet, auf einer dem
Zylinder der Rotationspresse entsprechenden Walze od. dgl. gebogen, wobei alsdann die einander zu- gekehrten Flächen der V-förmigen Aussparungen einander genähert werden, so dass ein Biegen der Platte ermöglicht wird, ohne das Material der Platte an der Unterfläche   zusammenzudrücken.   



   Es sei noch bemerkt, dass selbstverständlich die an der Oberfläche der Platte vorgesehenen Register- marken auch andere als die beschriebene Gestalt aufweisen können. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Druckplatten, die aus mit Phenolkondensationsprodukten getränkten Schichten bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Herstellung, solang das Material sich noch im plastischen Zustande befindet, die   Plattenoberfläche   mit   Registermarken, zweckmässig   in Form von Ansätzen oder Streifen sowie mit der   Zurichtung   versehen wird.
