Process for the production of cement colored in the mass u. the like

The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of mass colored cement and. The process consists in that finely ground cement is soaked in a solution or suspension with a metal salt that is inherently colored, then burned and finally ground again. The choice of metal salt depends on the color you want. For example, if you want to get a brown to black color, use an iron salt, e.g. B. sulfuric iron added to dilute sulfuric acid; blue color can be obtained from copper salt, e.g. B. by copper nitrate.

In this way, a cement is obtained that is uniformly and permanently colored over the whole mass, which, like ordinary cement, can be used for various purposes and allows various decorative effects to be achieved.
