   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung erhabener, wetterfester Verzierungen und   Inschriften   auf Eruptiv-Steinen, in der Weise, dass auf die bezüglichen Stellen eine in der in der keramischen Industrie bekannten Art gefärbte Emailmasse auf-

   Diese Paste wird auf die zu beschreibenden bezw. zu verzierenden Stellen in ge-   wünschter   Dicko aufgetragen und das Ganze der Einwirkung von Hitze (z. B. im Muffelofen) ausgesetzt. Diese bewirkt ein Schmelzen der aufgebrachten Emailschicht und durch gleichzeitige Erhitzung des zu verzierenden Steines ein Fixieren derselben auf letzterem unter gleichzeitigem Erhärten des Auftrages, der dadurch vollkommen wetterfest wird und weder in seiner Farbe noch am Glarze einbüsst.
