  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Puppenköpfen, Figuren u. dgl. aus einer unzerbrech- lichen Gussmasse. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von   Puppenköpfen,   Figuren und Gegenständen verschiedenster Art in Gussformen. Man hat bereits fertige Puppenhohlkörper mit Hilfe von Karbonaten und Stearin hergestellt (z. B. österr. Patent   Nr.     45675).   Während aber derartig erzeugte Hohlkörper äusserst gebrechlich waren, gelingt es durch das vorliegende Verfahren diese praktisch unzerbrechlich zu erhalten, wobei Figuren, Köpfe usw. eine feine Modellierung aufweisen und sich gut und dauernd anfärben lassen. Die Erfindung ist bei grosser Wirtschaftlichkeit technisch leicht ausführbar. 



   Dem Verfahren gemäss erzeugt man zuerst ein Gemisch von Stearin und fein verteilten kohlensaurem Kalk, wie Schlemmkreide oder gefälltem kohlensauren Kalk. Beispielsweise kann man eine solche Mischung im Verhältnis von 4 Teilen   Schlemmkreide   auf 6 Teile Stearin anwenden. Diese Masse wird nun durch gelinde Erhitzung in   gussförmigen   Zustand übergeführt und hierauf in Gussformen eingebracht, die aus Metallegierungen (sogenanntem Letternmetall) hergestellt sind. Die erhaltenen Gusskörper zeichnen sich durch genaueste Modellierung aus, so dass eine Nachbearbeitung entfällt. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Puppenköpfen, Figuren u. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein aus Stearin und kohlensaurem Kalk (Schlemmkreide) bestehendes Gemisch gelinde erhitzt und in diesem Zustande in Formen aus Letternmetall eingiesst und dann erkalten lässt.

   The invention relates to the production of dolls' heads, figures and objects of various types in molds. Finished hollow doll bodies have already been produced with the help of carbonates and stearin (e.g. Austrian patent no. 45675). However, while hollow bodies produced in this way were extremely fragile, the present method succeeds in making them practically unbreakable, with figures, heads, etc. having a fine modeling and can be colored well and permanently. The invention is technically easy to carry out with great economic efficiency.



   According to the method, a mixture of stearin and finely divided calcium carbonate, such as chalk or precipitated calcium carbonate, is first produced. For example, such a mixture can be used in a ratio of 4 parts of chalk to 6 parts of stearin. This mass is now converted into a cast-like state by gentle heating and then introduced into casting molds made from metal alloys (so-called letter metal). The cast bodies obtained are characterized by extremely precise modeling, so that post-processing is not necessary.



   PATENT CLAIMS:
