Masse zum Herstellen von Erstarrungskernen Zusatz zum Patent 705 451 Die Erfindung betrifft eine Weiterentwicklung des Gegenstandes des Patents 705 45I, welches eine Masse zum Herstellen; von Erstarrungskernen schützt, die sich durch Leimgallerte kennzeichnet, die aus etwa 3oo Teilen tierischen Leimes von möglichst hohem Glutingehalt oder gleichwertigen Leimes in etwa 7oo Teilen warmen Wassers entstanden ist und Desinfektionsmittel, wie Karbolsäure, Kreosot, und ein bakterientötendes Anilinfärbmittel enthält. Bei der Anwendung dieser Masse soll nach dem Hauptpatent dem mit der Masse versetzten Kernsand Öl zugesetzt werden. Nach der Erfindung ist die Masse nach dem Hauptpatent bei möglichst niedriger Temperatur vor dem Erstarren mit trocknenden oder nichttrocknenden Ölen oder Fetten emu.lgiert, so daß sich ein nachträglicher Ölzusatz zu der Kernsandmasse erübrigt. Der Ölbedarf wird hierdurch zwar etwas vergrößert, jedoch ergibt sich der große Vorteil, daß die Masse eine bedeutend erhöhte Lagerfähigkeit besitzt und auch im Hochsommer bei jeder Witterung und Temperatur lagerfähig und versandfähig ist.
