Abstract

Formgebungsmaschine (1), insbesondere Spritzgießmaschine oder Spritzpresse, mit einem Maschinenrahmen (11) mit einer Maschinenlängsachse (L), einer am Maschinenrahmen (11) angeordneten feststehenden Formaufspannplatte (3), wobei die feststehende Formaufspannplatte (3) eine zur Maschinenlängsachse (L) rechtwinkelige Ausrichtung (R) aufweist, einer relativ zum Maschinenrahmen (11) bewegbaren Formaufspannplatte (2), wobei die bewegbare Formaufspannplatte (2) eine zur Maschinenlängsachse (L) rechtwinkelige Ausrichtung (R) aufweist, einer Antriebsvorrichtung (15) zum Bewegen der bewegbaren Formaufspannplatte (2), zumindest zwei Führungsholmen (10), einer Erfassungseinrichtung (23) zum Erfassen eines Werts (K), welcher ein Verkippen zumindest einer der Formaufspannplatten (2, 3) aus der zur Maschinenlängsachse (L) rechtwinkligen Ausrichtung (R) während einer Verfahrbewegung der bewegbaren Formaufspannplatte (2) repräsentiert, einer Vergleichseinheit (24) zum Vergleichen des das Verkippen repräsentierenden Werts (K) mit einem Vergleichswert (V) und einer Ausgabevorrichtung (25) zur Ausgabe eines Überschreitungssignals (S), wenn der das Verkippen repräsentierende Wert (K) den Vergleichswert (V) erreicht oder überschreitet.
