Abstract
Eine Einspritzeinheit für eine Spritzgießmaschine umfasst- einen Schneckenzylinder (1),- eine darin axial und rotativ antreibbare Plastifizierschnecke (2), deren Antriebseinheit (3) aufweist= einen elektrischen Antriebsmotor (4),= einen mit der Schnecke (2) gekoppelten Spindeltrieb (5) für die Axialbewegung der Schnecke (2), und = einen koaxial mit dem Spindeltrieb (5) angeordneten, eine axiale Verschiebung der Schnecke (2) erlaubenden Rotationsantrieb (6) für die Rotationsbewegung der Schnecke (2), sowie- ein zwischen Antriebsmotor (4) einerseits und Spindeltrieb (5) sowie Rotationsantrieb (5) andrerseits angeordnetes Differentialgetriebe (7) mit Differentialkorb (8), zwei Abtriebsrädern (11,12) und mindestens einem Ausgleichsrad (19, 20) dazwischen.
