Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Spritzgußteilen, umfassend einen Formträger (23) sowie eine oder mehrere Formhälften (24a, 25a) von Spritzgußformen (24, 25), die auf dem Formträger (23) angebracht sind oder auf diesem anbringbar sind, wobei für den Formträger (23) einerseits und für die Formhälften (24a, 25a) andererseits eine getrennte Temperierung (64, 99a, 99b) vorgesehen ist. Dadurch, dass für den Formträger, insbesondere in Gestalt einer Wendeplatte oder eines Würfels, und die auf dem Formträger befestigten Formhälften eine getrennte Temperierung vorgesehen ist, kann eine Größenveränderung des Formträgers unabhängig von der Temperierung der Formhälften vermieden oder nur in dem Maße zugelassen werden, wie auch auf den Formaufspannplatten eine Größenveränderung erfolgt. Jedenfalls können die Formhälften auf dem Formträger stets exakt zu den korrespondierenden Formhälften auf den Formaufspannplatten ausgerichtet gehalten werden.
