Abstract

Walze für eine Faserstoffbahn-Herstellungsmaschine, die ein Stützelement in Form eines Schuhs (5;20) aufweist, wobei diese Walze zusammen mit ihrer Gegenwalze (2) einen Nip (N) bildet und der Nipdruck (P) in diesem Nip durch einen in Verbindung mit dem Schuh (5; 20) angeordneten Belastungskolben (4) bewirkt wird. Der Schuh (5; 20) der Walze hat ein auswechselbares Verschleißteil (30), das an der zum Nip (N) hin gerichtete Fläche des Schuhs (5; 20) angeordnet ist und sich wenigstens über jenen Bereich der zum Nip (N) hin gerichteten Fläche des Schuhs (5; 20) erstreckt, in welchem der Nipdruck (P) wirkt.
