Handle lock for paper sacks.
The object of the invention relates to a closure for paper sacks, which consists of a twice bent strip of flexible material, which according to the invention is specially designed to simplify its attachment to the paper sack and to keep the latter completely and securely closed.
In the drawing, the mounting bracket locking device is shown, namely, FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the same, FIGS. 2 and 3 show, in cross section, different positions of the closure when it is applied to the paper sack, and FIG. 4 shows a side view.
The mounting bracket lock consists of a double-bent strip made of flexible material (thin sheet metal, cardboard cover, etc.), which is formed from a middle part b and end parts a and c connected to this by bending edges. A metal clip e is attached to the outside of part c, while part a is equipped with a corresponding slot d. Through openings 9 of part a is a support

The carrying handle lock is placed on the paper sack in the following way: First, the edges of the paper sack h are folded in and, after parts a, b, c have been bent open, placed between parts bund c (FIG. 2), in such a way that the metal clip e after to stand outside.
Then both parts b and c are pressed against part a with the sack edges lying between them, the material of the sack being perforated by the metal clip e and the latter itself penetrating through the slot d of part a. Now the metal clip is spread open and the bracket is placed on the paper sack (Fig. 3). The sack is carried on the cord f.
