Bügelverschluss für Papiersäcke oder dgl.
Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Verschluss für Papiersäeke oder dgl., welcher sich von den bisher bekanntgewordenen Verschlüssen ähnlicher Art dadurch unterscheidet, dass ein starrer Verschlussbügel entweder für sich oder samt dem Tragbügel an einem Steg der Tasche angelenkt ist und mit seinem Ende derart an der Tasche lösbar befestigt wird, dass er den Verschlussteil der Tasche niederdrückt.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Verschlusses an einem Papiersack in Ansicht und im Querschnitt zur Darstellung gebracht. Die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen zwei weitere Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Ansicht.
An der Innenseite der Tasche 1 ist ein Steg 2 angeordnet, dessen Haken oder Ösen 3 durch die obere Längskante der Tasche geführt sind. An diesem Steg 2, 3 ist ein starror Verschlussbügel 4 entweder für sich oder samt dem Tragbügel 5 angelenkt.
Bei der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausuhrungsform ist der Verschlussbügel 4 samt dem Tragbügel 5 aus einem Draht, zweckmässig in Trapezform, abgebogen, dessen seitliche Schenkel Ösen 6 bilden, mit welchen das Trapez 4. 5 in den Haken 3 des Steges 2 eingehängt wird. Die gelenkige Verbindung des Trapezes 4, 5 mit dem Steg 2 kann ferner auch dadurch erfolgen, dass, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, aus den beiden Schenkeln des Trapezes 4, 5 nach innen oder nach aussen ragende Zapfen abgebogen werden, die durch die Ösen 3 des Steges 2 geführt und sodann mittels eines Dornes zu einer Schleife 6 ausgebildet werden. Nach der in Fig. 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform besteht der Ver- schlussbllgol 4 und Tragbügel 5 aus zwei voneinander unabhängigen Stücken, von denen jedes für sich am Steg angelenkt ist.
Der Verschlussbügel 4 ist mit seinem Ende derart an der Tasche 1 lösbar befestigt, dass er den Verschlussteil 7 der Tasche niederdrückt. Die lösbare Befestigung kann durch bekannte Mittel, beispielsweise durch eine Zunge 8 (Fig. 1 und 2), oder durch eine Schnur, Schleife oder dgl. erfolgen.
